Oyo Assembly Suspends Irepo LG Chairman
The Oyo State House of Assembly. has suspended the Chairman of the Irepo Local government, Hon. Sulaimon Lateef Adeniran.
AN24 learnt that members of the Oyo State House of Assembly gave their verdict on Adeniran during their plenary on Tuesday.
In the meantime, the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Adebo Ogundoyin, noted that the lawmakers had mandated the Vice chairman of the council, Hon. Joel to take over the council administration activities.
The Vice Chairman is to act pending the outcome of the committee to investigate the allegations against the council chairman.
