BREAKING: Labour Party Rejects PEPC Judgment

The Labour Party has rejected the ongoing judgment of the five-man panel of the Presidential Election Petition Court.

This was made known by the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Obiora Ifoh, who said “details of the party’s position will be presented after consultation with our lawyers after the Certified True Copy of the judgment is made available to us”.

AN24 reports that the court struck out the petitions submitted against President Bola Tinubu by the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
