The shocking incident happened on Monday morning, following the removal of Edison Ehie as the Leader of the House on Monday morning.
24 members of the Assembly signed for the removal of Ehie.
Recall that there was a fire incident at the Rivers State House of Assembly on Sunday night which greatly affected the chamber.
The recent incidents may be connected to the alleged plot to impeach Governor Fubara by his predecessor, Nyesom Wike.
