Mohbad: Naira Marley, Sam Larry Reportedly Released On Bail After Weeks In Detention

Marlian Music’s leader, Naira Marley, and showbiz figure Sam Larry have reportedly been granted bail following their extended detention related to the death of the singer Mohbad.
Their detention, triggered by their purported involvement in the event leading to Mohbad’s death, has finally been lifted.
According to reports, both individuals are required to present three sureties and a sum of 20 million naira as prerequisites for their bail.
The court also ordered them to relinquish their foreign passports and maintain a weekly presence at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID).

Moreover, the presiding magistrate has issued a stern warning, explicitly stating that any attempts to contact her will be duly noted and could even be disclosed during public court proceedings.
Naira Marley and Sam Larry were apprehended upon their return to the country, following their alleged connection to the demise of the late singer, Mohbad.
The incident gained more attention after a video surfaced showing Sam Larry attempting to assault Mohbad while on set further fuelling speculations about his involvement in the singer’s death.
