Orile Orile-Agege Council Boss Chairman Commences Construction Of Staff Quarters For Public Primary School Teachers

The Executive Chairman of Orile-Agege Lcda, Hon. Johnson Babatunde Sunday has commenced the Construction of Staff lodge for Public Primary School Teachers in Orile-Agege Local Council Development Area.

The building, according to him is located within school premises to cushion the adverse effect of hike in transportation cost experienced by teachers daily, especially the ones who resides in areas very far from schools where they teach.

The Council Chairman also known as “Mr Project” disclosed this during a meeting with members of Agege/Orile-Agege Community Media Practitioners (AACMAP).

He said, “this initiative will encourage the teachers to be more productive in classrooms and will also prevent productive hours wasted in traffic-Gridlock everyday as they make effort to resume school early, most of the beneficiaries are teachers who resides in Ogun State and other communities that share boundaries with Orile-Agege Local Development Area of Lagos State-Nigeria.”

“My administration will continue to deliver the dividends of democracy to the good people of Orile-Agege LCDA till our last day in office. We are also planning to move into our local markets to empower market traders selling food commodities financially in our next quarterly financial empowerment programme”, Honourable Johnson said.
