Fire Guts Popular Fitness Centre In Abuja

Fire gutted the Eco Fitness Center in the Gwarinpa area of Abuja on Wednesday morning.

It was learnt that 50 people escaped from the popular fitness center when the fire began.

The fire occurred at about 10:00 am and firefighters were called to put out the blaze.

As at time of filing this report, the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.

AN24 gathered that the fire was successful quenched, but large portions of the facility were razed.

No casualties have been recorded so far.
