Breaking: Port Harcourt Refinery Begins Crude Oil Processing
The Port Harcourt Refinery, owned by Nigeria, has officially begun processing crude oil.
Olufemi Soneye, spokesperson for the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), confirmed the development on Tuesday.

He stated that the refinery is currently operating at 60% of its capacity, processing 60,000 barrels of crude oil per day.
The Port Harcourt Refinery has a total capacity of 250,000 barrels per day. This milestone follows multiple previous delays in the refinery’s start-up.
