Osinbajo Presides Today’s FEC Meeting In PMB’s Absence

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo presiding over an extraordinary session of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) holding at the State House in Abuja.

Africa News24 (AN24) earlier reported that President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to dissolve his cabinet ahead of his inauguration for the second term on May 29, the day his first term also ends. that reports the session started by 10 am on Monday.

BMO Disagree Atiku In Same League With Abiola, Ekwueme

The Buhari Media Organisation (BMO) has described Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP),  as not in the same democratic league with the late Chief Moshood Abiola and Dr Alex Ekwueme.

The statement was said and signed by BMO’s Chairman Niyi Akinsiju and Secretary Cassidy Madueke.

The group said the comparison that Atiku media handlers are trying to sell to Nigerians was totally off the mark.

Naira Marley Pleads Not Guilty, To Be Remanded In EFCC Till May 30

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), on Monday, arraigned singer, Naira Marley before the court on an 11 count charge.

Azeez Fashola, better known as Naira Marley has pleaded not guilty to the 11 count charge preferred against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

After the charges were read to him in the presence of Justice Nicholas Oweibo, he pleaded ‘ not guilty’.
